By car: Exit J36 of the M6 and follow the A590A591 to Windermere (16 miles).At Windermere go through the Town centre and down the hill into Bowness (1 mile).Look out for the cinema on the RHS and then turn left into Helm Road 250 metres past the cinema.Oakbank House is on the LHS.By train:Trains run to Windermere daily. Take a taxi from outside the station. 1.5 miles to Oakbank House Hotel.
