Located in a commanding position high on the Galloway Cliffs The Portpatrick Apartments offer some of the most spectacular views in Britain.As well as comfortable bedrooms and living area with modern self-catering kitchen and dinning facilities guests are welcome to enjoy the comfortable lounge bar and stunningly decorated public areas offered by the adjacent Portpatrick Hotel including a spacious and elegant dining room just incase you fancy a night free-from-cooking.We are blessed with having some beautiful gardens and grounds we have our own 9-hole pitch and putt course and adjacent to us is the excellent Dunskey Golf course.Our location set above the quaint and beautiful fishing village of Portpatrick in a peaceful and unspoilt corner of Southern Scotland is very special. Pictures can't do justice to this view it's just beautiful! The village itself is small and friendly with whitewashed cottages a picturesque coastal setting and lovely for an early evening stroll just a great way to relax!There's plenty to see nearby with Logan Botanic Gardens and Culzean Castle being the best known attractions but there's lots more to see. The Mull of Galloway is another great spot with views across to England Ireland and the Isle of Man all from one location.The area is a haven for lovers of sports and the outdoors. You'll also find a variety of wonderful opportunities for bird watching and fishing.

The Village of Portpatrick can be found in the peaceful and unspoilt Stranraer region of South West Scotland on the A77 from Glasgow.To get to the Portpatrick hotel from the A75 This journey will take about 40 minutes and is 28 miles:Head west on A75 Slight left at B7084 (signs for A716 B7084 Portpatrick Stranraer Drummore A77) Slight right at B7077. Turn right at A716Market Slap take the 1st left onto B7077. Take the 1st left onto A77 (M)Main St Continue to follow A77 (M). Slight right at Heugh Rd. The Portpatrick Apartments (part of the Portpatrick Hotel) will be on the left.The hotel car park is located directly in front of the building.
