Angorfa is Welsh for the resting place of the anchor it is set on the banks of the Cleddau Estuary enjoying spectacular river views. Located near Neyland and Milford Marinas its position makes it ideal for exploring beaches or walking the beautiful coastal path of Pembrokeshire. Angorfa has the unique facility of offering guests either Bed and Breakfast or Self-catering accommodation in a private annex. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast from a varied menu vegetarians and most dietary requests can be catered for.Two units of accomodation are available.A.One bedroom annexe. This accommodation comprises of a very large combined lounge and double bedroom doors from this room lead onto a private patio area with magnificent river views. From the lounge stairs lead up into the gallery where a single bed is available. Adjacent to the lounge is a dining room and small kitchen area all with estuary views. The bathroom consists of shower basin and toilet facilities. Due to stepsstairs this accommodation would be unsuitable for persons experiencing mobility problems.B.Two bedroom annexe. This accomodation comprises of one bedroom with kingsize bed with river views and one single room.A large loungedining room with river viewstogether with a shower room and kitchen. A small patio is available.

By Road (from the M5 and the M4 motorways)Head south to junction 8 of the M5. Join the M50 at junction 1 and continue to junction 4 where you meet the A40 and the motorway ends. Continue until you see signs for the A449 towards Newport. Follow this until it joins the M4 motorway and head towards Cardiff. Continue until this motorway ends and join the A48. This takes you to re-join the A40 at Carmarthen. Please then head for Pembroke Dock. Our sat nav postcode is - SA73 1PB. Via HaverfordwestThe A40 takes you to Haverfordwest. Once there follow signs for the A4076 (signed for Milford Haven) and then the A477 (signed for Pembroke Dock). Once on the A477 after the second roundabout take the first right turn just before the Cleddau Toll Bridge onto Barn Lake Point then take the sharp left and continue until you see a white house to your right. Via Pembroke DockFrom the A40 at Carmarthen join the A477 and stay on it until just after the Cleddau Toll Bridge. Take the immediate first left turning onto Barn Lake Point and then take the first sharp left and then continue until a slope down to the right will bring you to the Big White house. By Air - Cardiff International Airport By RailNational trains operate direct services between London The North West and the South Coast and regional trains link Pembrokeshire with Swansea. Details of fares timetables and train stations as well as online booking can be found on Qjump First Great Western or National Rail Enquiries. By Ferry Irish Ferries which operates many sailings per day provides links between Pembroke Dock and Rosslare in Ireland and can be seen across the river from The Anchor's Rest.
