Barony House can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people at any one time and we regularly greet single guests on business couples and families on holiday and whole parties in Edinburgh for weddings and functions kilts and all!Rooms We have a range of accommodation to suit your needs. 5 rooms are en-suite one double room has private facilities. Tea coffee hot chocolate and a complimentary tipple in every room. All rooms have a desk colour TVfreeview hair drier and central heating. Daily room service. Telephones in all rooms There are single king and super king beds to choose from. Travel cots. All rooms are non smoking.Facilities Free on street parking. Guesthouse parking space must be pre-booked Laundry service (seasonal). Route planning and tourist information. Free wireless internet access. High chair.

How to find usWe are situated on the A701From the South (M6) take the A74 then A702. Leave the bypass at Straiton Junction on to the A701. Follow the signs for city centre until you reach a traffic light junction. Go straight over on to Craigmillar Park. We are 100 yards further up on the leftFrom the M1 take the A68 then A7 then A701. Then as above in red.From Glasgow M8 take Edinburgh South and East A720 and exit at Straiton Junction onto the A701. Then as above in red.From Edinburgh Airport follow the M8 to Edinburgh interchange. Follow signs for A720 and exit at Straiton Junction onto the A701. Then as above in red.From the North (M90) follow signs for City Centre A1 and East onto Queen Street. At the far end follow the sign All Other Routes up Leith Street. Go straight on at the traffic lights onto North Bridge. (keep in the outside lane as the traffic bears right before going left). Continue straight until you see Mayfield Gardens and we are on the right.From Waverley Station walk up onto Princes Street then take a 3 29 31 or 49 bus. The bus will make a left turn onto North Bridge you will travel for approximately 1 mile look out for the Minto Hotel on the left hand side go through one set of traffic lights and press bell. When the bus stops get off and we are on the other side of the road. You will require £1.10 for the fare. (No change given).

If a booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the reservation no additional charge will be made. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival there is an administration charge of the entire booking . This also applies to any booking where the number of nights is reduced. We always advise our guests to insure they have adequate travel insurance.
