The Royal Yacht Britannia and the Ocean Terminal shopping complex are just over one mile away.Free public parking is available nearby and Princes Street's shops and the bars and restaurants on George Street are a 5 minute drive away. Edinburgh Train Station is a 25 minute bus ride away.Beautiful views out over Edinburgh's city skyline can be enjoyed from Arthur's Seat which is a 30 minute walk from the property.Rooms are simply decorated and include an electric kettle with tea and coffee. Some have views out over the Links and a private bathroom.

We are located in Leith opposite Leith Links.Depending on how you arrive in Edinburgh there are a couple of ways to reach us.AIRPORTTaxi is the quickest way taking 30mins and costing £20-£25.00Airport Bus - #100 to Princes Street £6.00 return then take either the #12 or#25 Lothian Bus to the Restalrig Road. Walk downhill between the parks and we are No. 7 Links Gardens. The bus costs £1.40 for a single adult ticket£0.70p fora single child ticket or £3.50 for an all day adult ticket£2.00 for an all day child ticket. The bus journey takes approx 15 minutes however please note thatduring the festival the bus journey may take longer.Lothian Bus - #35 cost £1.40(adult single ticket) takes longer than theAirport Bus but if you get off at the first stop in Duke Street it is a 10 minutewalk to the hotel from there.TRAINBus - from Waverley on Princes Street catch the #12 or #25 as above.
