Hotel directions :
We are situated on the B816 which is directly off the A80 and the main route between the main cities of Glasgow (25mins city centre) heading south and Stirling (15mins city centre) heading north. Castlecary is a small village and the 'Castlecary Arches' the railway bridge is a well known local landmark. We are ideally situated if breaking a long journey or simply looking for a base from which to explore central Scotland. Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports are easy to get to and Croy and Cumbernauld train stations are only a few minutes away. The A80 is currently being upgraded to motorway status and there are diversions in place with diversion signs to Castlecary if coming by car from north or east diversion is clearly marked and follow signs for Dullatur. If coming from the south then there are no diversions simply follow the signs for Castlecary and the B816. There is a large Shell Petrol Station just ahead of the turn off.
