Wollaston Lodge is a privately owned and run boutique bed and breakfast nestled at the foot of Long Mountain in the heart of Shropshire's rolling countryside. The Lodge is styled as a Victorian rectory and has been completely updated in 2013 with all the modern facilities you would expect from a boutique hotel. the owners Sandy and Grant both work in the business full time and will attend to all of your needs in a friendly and relaxed way. Staying at Wollaston Lodge is enjoying all the benefits of a grand country house but with the relaxation of being at home elegant and sophisticated but relaxed and comfortable. From Wollaston guests can strike out to the heart of mid wales and Snowdonia National park with endless walks or travel a bit further to the Welsh Coast. Shrewsbury is one of those hidden gems filled with individual shops set amidst a relatively unspoilt medieval town bristling with half timbered buildings coffee shops and restaurants. Historic Chester is only a short drive away. Wollaston nestles in rural splendour but there are plenty of local pubs with great food nearby and sandy and Grant will prepare home cooked meals on request.

Approaching from the Shrewsbury ring Road take the A458. Exactly 8 miles from the ring road heading West towards Welshpool pass a cattery on the left and take the next right signposted for The Bulthy and Wollaston. Wollaston is 250 metres on the left.
