Take the Airport bus to the city centre at Waverly Station and then take a taxi to the Mayfield Lodge.Buses from the city centreThe number 42 bus from Frederick Street Princes Street (Foot of The Mound) or Waverley Bridge (at train station) runs past the Mayfield Lodge and takes less than 10 minutes. Ask the Driver to let you off at Royal Blind School west Saville Terrace. For full bus information click here.By roadFrom the Edinburgh City Bypass (A720) join the A701 following signs to the City Centre. At a major junction next to Cameron Toll shopping centre this part of the A701 changes its name from Liberton Road to Craigmillar Park. Approximately 12 a mile after this junction turn left at the traffic lights into West Mayfield. Then turn left again at the Mayfield Church into Mayfield Road. The Mayfield Lodge at number 75 is only 200 yards away at the left hand side just after the Horseburgh Pharmacy.
