We at the Kenmuir Arms would like to welcome you to our friendly little hotel.The Kenmuir Arms Hotel is situated in the beautiful village of New Luce in the delightful Dumfries and Galloway region of southern Scotland.Accommodation at the Kenmuir Arms is provided by six comfortable rooms a four bedded en suite (bath and shower)family room a double en suite and a twin en suite.The other three rooms one family one double and one twin share a shower and bathroom on the same floor.Staying at The Kenmuir Arms provides an ideal location for visitors to New Luce wishing to partake in many outdoor activities available in the area.These include golfing fishing (all types of fishing are available at certain times of the year) mountain biking horseriding and many many more.The Kenmuir Arms Hotel is situated directly on the Southern Upland Way which makes this an ideal location for walkers to take a well-earned rest either in the hotel or if you are camping we have a small area set aside for up to 56 tents. The Kenmuir Arms Hotel is a free house serving a variety of real ales and a great selection of home made food which can be consumed in the bar the dining room or in our spacious beer garden overlooking the Crosswaters of Luce which runs through the village.



Hotel directions :
From the north: Take the A77 and head for Ayr and Stranraer. Approx 2 miles before Stranraertake the left turning signposted Dumfries A75. At the end of that road turn left onto the A75 for approx. 1mile and turn left signposted Barrhill and New Luce.On entering the village proceed to the give way and turn rightwe are 100yds on the left.From the south: M6-M74 take the A75 turning just North of Gretna signposted Dumfries and Stranraer. Stay on this road until you pass the first right hand turn for Glen Luce and after 0.9 of a mile take the turning for Glen Luce.After 300yds take the left turning for New Luce and Luce abbey. Stay on that road for 5miles and on entering the village of New Luce you will see the Hotel on your right hand side next to the river.
