Ginnie's Guest House is a large Victorian Town House situated just off the sea front and within easy reach of all that Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire Wolds have to offer. We are 3 star rated 100% non smoking. Ginnie's is awarded for healthy eating. All rooms are en-suite of private facilities. We have off road parking for 4 cars and an area behind security gates for motorcycles and scooters.Do take time to visit our memorabilia of the past on the top floor.

Coming by the A180 follow the signs into Cleethorpes Pleasure Island and the leisure Centre. As you come along the Kingsway (Seafront to your left) You will come the a round about with the right turn sign posted 1098 Boston. Follow the 1098 and Ginnie's is about 50 yards on the left.Approaching on the A16 or A46. Follow sign for Cleethorpes. When you reach a roundabout signed LOVELANE CORNER turn right. Keep going till you reach the next roundabout. Turn left. You will be on the 1098 heading into Cleethorpes. Ginnie's is about one and a half miles on the right. (you will pass over 2 mini roundabouts).
