Small family-run hotel two minutes from train coach and bus station. Fifteen minutes from Hurn Airport. Ten minute walk to beach town centre and Bournemouth International Center. Rooms have teacoffee facilities Safes flat screen TVDVD and seven of the ten rooms are en-suite. Was 3 diamond Hotel still the same standard but just did not renew due to cost. The hotel has a Bournemouth Quality Standard Certificate Oct 09. All rooms are non-smoking but you can smoke out front of Hotel under Canopy. The hotel has a bar and drinks can be obtained at your convienenance. Payment is on arrival BUT on weekends bookings a £20 pp non-refundable deposit is taken. Guests have own keys to come and go as they please. Hotel is clean and fresh beding for all guests and is constanly upgrading. (Contact reservations between 7am and 10.00 pm)

Hotel directions :
Just off A338 roundabout and St Pauls roundabout onto Holdenhurst Rd up to small roundabout turn back down on oppisite side of road turn left after pelican crossing onto Southcote Rd right onto St Swithuns Rd Hotel on left.. Train and Coach station just a few minutes across the road.
