Leave M6 jct 36 and follow signs for Windermere on the A590 then A591. At Windermere turn left by the Windermere hotel. Follow signs for Bowness and the lake through Windermere village until Bowness is reached. At the bottom of the hill is a mini-roundabout carry straight on following signs for the lake. Take first left into Kendal Road. Holmlea is 200m on the right.
