The Havelock was originally built as a gentleman's residence and over the years has been sympathetically renovated and extended to provide a mixture of 22 superb bedrooms and family suites. Set in attractive gardens near to the sea and with it's own Mediterranean style heated pool (open mid-May to mid-September) we offer the ideal location to relax in traditional comfortable surroundings at outstanding value. Open 15th March - 3rd November 2013 and located in a fantastic position we're just a few minutes walk from the sea Shanklin Chine Keats Green and Shanklin Old Village - home to a wide variety of excellent restaurants and pubs. All bedrooms are en-suite they have been tastefully decorated and furnished many also have sea views. They all have digital TV's tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment although ashtrays are provided on the terraces. Free private car parks at front and rear of hotel. Children over the age of 7 years only.Our outdoor heated swimming pool is open and available to use from mid-May to mid-September.

Hotel directions :
From Ryde take A3055 via Sandown to Shanklin. In Shanklin follow signs A3055 to Ventnor. The Havelock is 500m on the right.From Newport take the A3056 to Shanklin. Turn right onto the A3055 and follow the signs to Ventnor. The Havelock is 500m on the right
