The Lansbury is a clean friendly family run bed and breakfast accommodation. Our aim is to make your stay here as pleasant and relaxing as possible. What makes us unique to other BandB's is I hold the opinion guests are paying for my services so the rooms and the laundry are cleaned by ourselves which is out sourced by most BandB's in Whitby we are also one of the few BandB owners who actually originate from Whitby. We took over in March 2004 and have fully renovated each room to a good standard making improvements each year to keep it that way. The volume of returning guests and reviews from are guests show we are getting right. We have 1 ground king-size and 4 superior super kingsize3 twin beds all with double en-suite showers and 1 normal doubles with shower en-suite. All rooms have freeview tv and free WiFi. We are based on the west cliff of whitby which places it a five minute walk from both the town centre and the beach.
